Whether you’ve dreamt of your wedding since you were little or haven’t thought about it at all, we endeavour to get to know you to ensure we fully understand your likes and dislikes, your style, your priorities and most importantly your love story! This will help us to curate your wedding vision with you so we can begin turning your vision to reality.
Our Full Planning, Design & Coordination Service is our most comprehensive option that is completely bespoke to you, we will shape and mould our service to fit your needs. Working in partnership with you from the start of your planning journey until after your last dance and all of the special moments in between!

What to expect
The Full Planning experience
Consultation
We will have an initial consultation to discuss your wedding vision, ideal dates, priorities and budget.
Personal Planning Portal
Once you’ve booked with us you will be given access to your private online planning portal which incorporates all of the planning tools we will use for your wedding. Including budgets, payment schedules, timelines, checklists, supplier contacts, guest management with seating plan tools and more. This will be accessible to you throughout your planning experience for you to refer to whenever you need.
Wedding Budget Management
We will create your draft budget based on realistic costing estimates and your priorities without exceeding your overall ideal budget. Throughout the planning process we will update your budget to reflect supplier quotations and adding payment schedules when suppliers are booked.
Wedding Planning Schedule
We will create your wedding planning checklist on your planning portal to show which elements of your planning will be looked at each month from the start, right up to your wedding day. It will also include small tasks for you each month so you know what you need to focus on and what decisions need to be made.
Venue Research & Sourcing
We will guide you in deciding your ideal venue style and then, based on your ideal location and budget, source and shortlist suitable venue options. We will liaise with the venues on your behalf to ensure they meet your requirements and attend site visits with you to choose your wedding venue.
Wedding Design
After an initial discussion on your wedding design, we will begin the process with a mood board to show a general overview of your wedding vision. We will then work collaboratively to hone in on your ideal wedding design from there. We will create further, more detailed mood boards to give clear direction to each key supplier ie florist, stationery, tableware. Once your wedding design brief is complete we will source all hire items and components to execute this. We will manage the full set up and styling of your wedding and the breakdown as well.
Supplier Research, Sourcing & Management
We will research and source all remaining suppliers required to create your dream wedding. For each supplier we will present you with a few options that we feel would suit your personalities, vision and budget so you can choose the supplier whose work excites you and you feel you connect with the most. We only ever provide you with supplier options we know will meet our high standards and that we have a relationship with or who’ve been recommended to us. Prior to booking we will go through the contract to ensure everything is as expected and once booked we will liaise with your chosen suppliers throughout the planning process and on your wedding day.
Guest Management
We will provide guidance on collation and tracking of RSVPs, including assistance in setting up your wedding website and information to include. We can assist guests with any questions or special requests and ensure a streamlined and stress-free guest experience.
Wedding Logistics
Managing the logistics throughout, including the creation of floor plans and a comprehensive wedding day timeline. Closer to your wedding day we will have a final site visit with you and your venue to discuss every detail and run through your wedding timeline to enable us to coordinate your day seamlessly.
Wedding Day Management
We will be present to manage all of your wedding set up and ensure your wedding vision has been executed perfectly. On the wedding day we will be there from first thing in the morning until you and your guests depart. We will ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly with us discreetly managing your day behind the scenes and act as the main point of contact for all suppliers, guests and yourselves throughout the day. We’ll be present for the breakdown of your wedding to make sure all your needs as well as the supplier and venue needs are met.
Unlimited Communication
From the moment you book you will have unlimited communication with us. We will usually create a whatsapp group for your day to day planning, however this can be adjusted depending on your preferred method of communication. We will also arrange regular zoom or face to face meetings to discuss your plans.
Support
Having been a Bride recently means I can completely relate to every emotion or irrational thought you might be having. Please be assured I’ll be there every step of the way to offer my support and guidance and will be your sounding board and friend throughout.
Investment
Taking on only a handful of Full Planning, Design & Coordination weddings each year, allows us the time to invest in giving you the best planning experience possible and deliver a wedding that exceeds your expectations and gives you and your loved ones memories that will last a lifetime.
Our fees are based on 10-12% of your overall wedding spend, depending on the complexity and requirements of your wedding.
You can expect to pay a minimum fee of £6,000
Additional charges may apply for travel & accommodation, location dependent.
Our Full Wedding Planning Service is available in Surrey, Kent, Cotswolds, Hampshire, Sussex, Wiltshire, London, Hertfordshire, UK Nationwide and across Europe.
Marquee Weddings
One of our specialisms are marquee weddings, we love creating weddings from the ground up and having the luxury of a blank canvas to design your wedding dreams without compromise!
Whether it be clearspan, tipi, sailcloth, stretch tent or framed marquees we will guide you on choosing the right option for you depending on your location, budget and vision. Whether you want to host your wedding at a private residence or a venue suitable for marquees, either way we have the knowledge and experience to make it happen!
Destination Weddings
If you’ve always dreamt of having your wedding abroad, with gorgeous views, al fresco dining and sunshine then we can make that happen!
The process is the same as what’s detailed above so please just let us know in your enquiry form where you’re hoping to get married and we can take it from there.

“It’s going to be hard to explain in just a short review how much Ana meant to us. When I first enquired, Ana was fast to respond and set up a zoom meeting to go through any worries or questions that I had about planning our big day, and within a few short moments I knew we had to have her on board.
For around 8 months leading up to our wedding, Ana was at my constant beckon call, answering my questions at silly hours and making me feel so cool calm and collected. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond to make the planning experience the best it could have been – to say I enjoyed planning our wedding is an understatement and you don’t hear that much! Everything down to the most minute detail was done to perfection, I would never have made it look anywhere near as spectacular as she did. For the lead up to the day and on the morning itself, everyone kept asking me how I was so calm, and it truly was because of the comfort I had knowing Ana was there sorting out all the suppliers, decor, staff and guests.
I had not a worry in the world, and got to enjoy my day to the fullest and I will never be able to thank her enough for that. My friends and family were astonished by the effort and care she put into the day and have not stopped singing her praises. An absolute five star service, we thank you so much for everything you did and it’s such a shame that it’s all over but I cannot wait to see all the incredible things you do, and see your business flourish.
