You will have spent hours planning the most detailed and beautiful wedding day, with this service you can trust that your hard work won’t go unseen. We promise to execute your plans to perfection and we will be as invested in your wedding day and every tiny detail it entails as you are!
This service starts 6 weeks out from your wedding day to ensure enough time to fine tune your plans and logistics to give you a wedding day that exceeds your expectations and runs seamlessly. We will begin with a full handover of your plans where we will delve into every aspect of your day and how you envision it, along with a venue walkthrough so we can understand the spaces perfectly.
From this point onwards we take control of the reins and become the main point of contact for all of your suppliers to allow you the time to fully engross yourselves in the excitement in the lead up to your wedding day!
Our team, consisting of lead coordinator and team assistant, will be on site from first thing in the morning for a minimum of 12 hours. We will be there to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly with us discreetly managing your day behind the scenes and being the main point of contact for all suppliers, guests and yourselves throughout the day.

What to expect
The Final Countdown experience
Handover Documents
Prior to our call we will ask you to complete handover documents including full supplier information and contacts, guest list with dietary information if known and we will ask you to send your communication you’ve had with each supplier booked along with their contracts so we are fully informed of every detail.
Handover
We will have a comprehensive handover meeting via zoom where we delve into every detail of your wedding including design, suppliers, bridal party and timelines.
Personal Planning Portal
Once you’ve booked with us we will create your private online planning portal which incorporates all of the planning tools we will use for your wedding. Including timelines, checklists, supplier contacts, guest management and seating plan tools. This will be accessible to you throughout the six weeks so you can always stay up to date on your wedding plans.
Wedding Planning Schedule
We will create your wedding planning checklist on your planning portal where you will see tasks for you to complete and our to do list we will be working from so you have full transparency.
Supplier Management
We will connect with every supplier including your wedding venue to introduce ourselves and make them aware we will be the main point of contact from then onwards for any questions or information they require. We will read over their contracts and your communication with them to make sure no detail has been overlooked. We will liaise with your suppliers and venue throughout the 6 weeks to finalise logistics and timelines.
Wedding Vision
We will discuss, in detail, your vision for each space of your wedding and any styling that will be required to be set up. We will assist you in any additional styling items you may need to source in this time. Our team will manage the set up of all of your styling on the day of your wedding and ensure your wedding vision is executed flawlessly.
Final Wedding Logistics
Managing your final logistics including the creation of floor plans and a comprehensive wedding day timeline. We will collate your final guest list and dietary requirements and communicate this with your caterers.
Wedding Day Management
On the wedding day we will be there from first thing in the morning, for a minimum of 12 hours depending on your coordination requirements. We will ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly with us discreetly managing your day behind the scenes and being the main point of contact for all suppliers, guests and yourselves throughout the day.
Unlimited Communication
From the moment you book you will have unlimited communication with us. We will usually create a whatsapp group for your day to day planning, however this can be adjusted depending on your preferred method of communication. We will have met you face to face once prior to the wedding day for a site visit walkthrough, however we are also available for zoom calls should you need them prior to the day.

Having been a Bride recently means I can completely relate to every emotion or irrational thought you might be having. Please be assured I’ll be there every step of the way to offer my support and guidance and will be your sounding board and friend throughout.
Investment
Our Final Countdown & Wedding Day Coordination Service can be booked from 10 months from your wedding date.
Our fee for this service starts at £1,500
Following our complimentary discovery call we will craft a bespoke proposal including all the details of your wedding as well as a quotation for our services based on your wedding planning requirements.
Our Final Countdown Service is available in Surrey, Kent, Cotswolds, Hampshire, Sussex, Wiltshire, London, Hertfordshire and UK Nationwide.
Design & Styling
You may be loving every second of planning but are struggling to envision how your wedding will look in reality.
Available as an add on to the Final Countdown Service. This includes an initial design consultation which will be followed by a mood board, designed by us, that consolidates your ideas, vision and colour palette into one board. From there we work with you to hone in on specific areas like flowers, tableware, furniture, lighting etc to finalise your overall design brief. We will then source any hire items for you, collect them (location dependent) and return them (location dependent) so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

If you have planned a marquee wedding we strongly recommend you having an expert on board in the lead up to your wedding to ensure all of the logistics have been considered and a coordinator to make sure your wedding runs seamlessly as there can be a significant amount more to consider. We recommend booking this add on to have a marquee wedding expert on site for the build of your marquee and set up in the days prior and also to manage the breakdown of the marquee and supplier collections which usually happens the day after your wedding.
